About Me
Hello! My name is Catherine Choi and I am a 2025 Game Design & Interactive Media graduate with a Film & Media Studies minor. I am passionate in wanting to create immersive storytelling experiences through film and games! I’m very excited and eager to apply the skills that I have learned from school as well as continue my learning journey, going into a professional setting.
Some Personal Facts About Me…
I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and I love socializing with others and finding new food and drink spots! I love being active and spending time outdoors when I get the time and chance. I am full Korean and speak both Korean and English at home with my family. When I’m back home I work on a boat for my family's business and spend a lot of time at the beach. I love playing and engaging in different sports including golf, swimming, and volleyball.
During my time in school, I had the chance to collaborate on several team-based projects, working alongside designers, developers, and artists to create engaging, cohesive experiences. This teamwork has been a huge part of my development, and I thrive in collaborative environments that encourage creativity and innovation.
As I transition from my undergraduate academic career into a professional setting, I’m looking forward to collaborating with other creative professionals and bringing innovative, engaging interactive narratives to life. My ultimate goal is to create experiences that leave a lasting impact on players and audiences alike.
